1. About Us
Woofa is a South African company selling handcrafted pet products at woofa.org. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, contact us at info@woofa.org.
2. Our Products
We sell dog collars, leads, and key rings handcrafted in South Africa. Product images are as accurate as we can make them, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. We reserve the right to discontinue or update products at any time.
3. Placing an Order
By completing checkout, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock or if there is a pricing error — and will refund you in full if this happens.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Yoco. We do not store your card or banking details.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver within South Africa only. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to courier or other circumstances outside our control. We will keep you updated if there is a significant delay.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. In line with the Consumer Protection Act, you may return a product within 10 business days of receipt if it is defective, damaged, or not as described. Items must be returned in their original condition. To initiate a return, email us at info@woofa.org. We will arrange a refund or replacement once we have received and assessed the returned item.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, but please contact us and we will do our best to help.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on woofa.org — including product designs, images, text, and the Woofa brand — is owned by Woofa and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, Woofa's liability for any claim arising from use of our website or purchase of our products is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
