Where We Deliver

 

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

 

Our Delivery Partner

 

We use Pudo for all deliveries. Pudo offers two options at checkout:

    Door to Door — your order is delivered directly to your address.

    Locker to Door — your order is dispatched from a Pudo locker and delivered to your address.

Order Processing

 

Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your Pudo tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delays

 

While we do our best to meet delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you. You can also track your order using the Pudo link in your dispatch confirmation email.

 

Damaged or Lost Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@woofa.org and we will sort it out.
